    In a landmark decision, the UK Supreme Court unanimously ruled the Home Secretary’s policy of removing asylum seekers to Rwanda as unlawful. The policy of sending UK asylum seekers to Rwanda for claim assessment by Rwandan authorities was deemed problematic.
